I have been wondering what is the speciality of this win for Viji (apart from the personal honour, of course) then I realised that she has achieved her dream of bringing South Indian cuisine on to the world arena and create awareness about the goodness of our recipes. It has always irked her that Indian cuisine to the world meant only North Indian!!
I think we should really say THREE CHEERS to her for having done it so single-mindedly!!
