Good morning, Viji
I got the two books today. Thank you very much!!!
Took a quick look at them. The Vegetarian Samayal looks delectable! It just seems just so good! What excites me specifically:
a) The Contents Section and how well it is organised;
b) The Quick Reference Guide. What a good idea! I can see myself going: if I have this in the 'fridge, then I can make...!
The Festival Samayal also looks good. The sections on the mythologies and traditions, kolam, oil bath, etc. are so redolent of south indian culture! Add MS and her suprabathams and maybe some Semmangudi or GNB and the picture is complete!

My dear Viji:
If you had a fan club, I might have been a member in it. At least that's what my daughter and others in the household seem to imply seeing me with your books in the morning planning the day's menu. With health freaks in the family, I find your selection of recipes almost tailor made combining the advantages of quick preparation and low fat. I'm sure you will come up with many more such useful books.
Hope to see you soon. Meena
